The Role As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and external stakeholders, you will represent the business with professionalism, warmth, and discretion at all times. You will oversee front-of-house operations, coordinate office administration, support internal teams, and ensure the office environment consistently reflects the highest professional standards. This role would suit someone with experience in financial services, professional services, luxury hospitality, or a corporate office environment. Key Responsibilities · Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and polished manner · Manage reception and maintain a pristine front-of-house environment · Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, and office operations · Provide administrative support to senior management and wider teams · Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics · Coordinate office supplies, catering, and facilities management · Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management · Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional client service standards Skills & Experience Required · Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Office Coordinator, or Administrative role · Experience within financial services, corporate, hospitality, or professional services environments is advantageous · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail · Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously · High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel Language Requirement Fluency in English is essential.
