Description Support people with learning disabilities to live full, happy lives. Location: South Farm Road, WorthingSalary: £13.45 per hour plus allowancesHours: 16 - 25 hours rostered hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays Allowances (dependent on working times): • Unsociable hours uplift: £4.51 extra per waking night shift, • Sleep-in shifts: £61 per shift (10pm–7am) Service Description: South Farm Road is a supported living service for 6 adults with learning disabilities. The house has been converted into five individual bedrooms and an annexe flat, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a staff office and a fully equipped communal kitchen/dining area. This is a detached house in the Broadwater area of Worthing, and is close to local shops, cafes and amenities and has good public transport links to Worthing town centre. Our clients are supported to lead active, fulfilling lives and are supported to make the most of their local community while developing each client’s choice, control and independence. You will be based at South Farm Road service but may be required to work at other locations as and when needed.
