Italian-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK) About the Role We are seeking a talented Italian-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on managing and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Italian-speaking audiences across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, performance-focused, and experienced in delivering measurable growth through PPC and paid social campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across:, • Google Ads, • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), • LinkedIn Ads, • YouTube, • Programmatic advertising platforms, • Manage campaign budgets and performance against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions, • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Italian-speaking markets, • Write and localise ad copy in Italian and English, • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports, • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness, • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages, • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity, • Ensure campaigns align with brand and compliance standards Requirements • Fluent/native Italian and professional English proficiency, • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing, • Strong hands-on experience with:, • Google Ads, • Google Analytics (GA4), • Meta Ads Manager, • Google Tag Manager, • Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills, • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • Agency experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications • Google Ads Certifications, • Experience targeting EMEA or Italian markets, • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modelling, • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools What We Offer • Fully remote working within the UK, • Flexible working hours, • Competitive salary and bonus scheme, • Career progression opportunities, • Collaborative international team environment, • Ongoing training and certification support Salary £40,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
