    Fig & Walnut Kitchen, a Mediterranean restaurant, is looking for a talented and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team in London. We pride ourselves on offering a memorable dining experience, starting with exceptional breakfast service. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including both hot and cold items, to the highest standards of quality and presentation., • Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, tidy, and organized, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations., • Manage stock control for the breakfast section, including ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste., • Work efficiently and effectively during busy breakfast periods, maintaining speed and consistency., • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and a cohesive team environment., • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials, bringing creative ideas to our Mediterranean-inspired breakfast offerings., • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or a similar role in a busy restaurant or hotel environment., • Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and cooking techniques., • Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays., • Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards., • A passion for high-quality food and an eye for detail., • Good communication and teamwork skills., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.     DOVE RESTAURANT – Chef de Partie About Us: Dove recently opened in Jan 2025, formerly Orasay Restaurant. Dove is a neighbourhood Restaurant in Notting Hill, warm and friendly, seasonal and produce led, owned by Jackson Boxer. Great development and training prospects, and the opportunity to develop your career within an equally enthusiastic and welcoming team and growing restaurant group of individual great sites. If you love working with delicious food, and want to learn about wine, then this is the place for you! You work in a small team, where all individuals matter to us and have opportunities to grow based on performance. Our menus are seasonal and we only work with the finest produce. Regular wine and supplier trainings means there is always something new to consider and learn. We are a happy bunch who pride ourselves on being professional- but we make sure to have fun whilst doing it! We are looking for a likeminded individual, someone who will fit right in with our small team and is as passionate about hospitality as us.
