Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including both hot and cold items, to the highest standards of quality and presentation., • Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, tidy, and organized, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations., • Manage stock control for the breakfast section, including ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste., • Work efficiently and effectively during busy breakfast periods, maintaining speed and consistency., • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and a cohesive team environment., • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials, bringing creative ideas to our Mediterranean-inspired breakfast offerings., • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or a similar role in a busy restaurant or hotel environment., • Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and cooking techniques., • Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays., • Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards., • A passion for high-quality food and an eye for detail., • Good communication and teamwork skills., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
