Job Title: SuDS Designer Ref. No.: CJD1701G26 Location: Based near Ware Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join my client, a well-established, close-knit Multidisciplinary Consultancy, renowned for lending their skills and expertise to a variety of projects across the transport planning, infrastructure, and water sectors. They are on the lookout for a willing, skilled SuDS Designer, who is willing to take on a number of challenging projects across the local region. You will be based near the historic, picturesque market town of Ware. Benefits for the role of SuDS Designer include (but are not limited to): • Highly-competitive salary (depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience), • Employee Pension Scheme, • Generous annual leave allowance, • Flexible working arrangements (including hybrid working opportunities), • Dedication to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD), • Producing detailed Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) designs for a variety of projects, especially new residential developments, • Contributing to planning applications and construction phases, • Developing a range of sustainable drainage and infrastructure solutions across the local region, • A UK Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, or a similar, relevant discipline, • Extensive experience of SuDS and wider Civil Engineering design, particularly for residential projects and new developments, • Outstanding working knowledge of the relevant software systems, including AutoCAD, Causeway Flow, InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage, Civils 3D, etc., • Demonstrable experience of producing detailed designs in support of planning applications and at varying stages of construction, • Competent understanding of the relevant Section Agreements (e.g., S104, S38, etc.), • A Higher Degree in Civil Engineering, or another relevant discipline, • Possess Chartered Status with a relevant Professional Body (e.g., ICE, CIWEM, etc.), or actively working to attain this
