Inspiring, supporting and motivating your team to deliver high standards of care and education every day. \Driving quality: Ensuring the nursery consistently meets and exceeds EYFS standards, regulatory requirements and Ofsted expectations. \Overseeing safe, stimulating and purposeful environments where children can learn through play and thrive at every stage. \Building strong teams: Embedding an effective key person approach, identifying staff training needs and supporting professional development. \Engaging families and communities: Building trusted relationships with parents, carers and the wider community to promote the nursery and its achievements. \Overseeing budgets, records, staffing and compliance processes to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently. \Representing the nursery: Taking part in publications, events, marketing and other activities that promote the nursery’s success and reputation. A Level 3 Childcare qualification (minimum)\t ~ At least 1 year of management experience in an Early Years setting \t ~ Strong knowledge of EYFS and regulatory frameworks \t ~ Desirable) Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Leadership & Management \t ~(Desirable) Experience of achieving Good or Outstanding at Ofsted inspection We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
