Ecommerce Manager Location: London (Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Type: Full-time, Permanent We’re partnered with a purpose-led consumer brand in the food & beverage industry, who are looking to hire an E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of their digital performance across Amazon and DTC. This is a business with strong retail foundations and a growing online presence. With continued investment into digital channels, this role will play a key part in shaping the next phase of growth - driving performance, improving the customer journey, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. You’ll be joining at a point where there is real momentum, with scope to build, test, and optimise. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. The Role You will manage and optimise the e-commerce experience across Amazon and the brand’s website, with a focus on driving revenue, improving conversion, and supporting customer retention. Key responsibilities include: • Driving growth on Amazon - managing day-to-day performance across listings, optimising for SEO, monitoring sales performance, and overseeing advertising campaigns, • Managing and improving the DTC website (Shopify or similar), with a focus on UX, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and overall site performance, • Coordinating product launches, promotions, and on-site merchandising to support trading activity and customer journeys, • Developing and executing trading plans to maximise online sales, increase revenue, and support customer retention across both platforms, • Ensuring product listings are fully optimised across Amazon and DTC - including descriptions, imagery, keywords, and reviews, following SEO best practice, • Monitoring performance data, including sales, customer behaviour, and competitor activity, using insights to identify trends and opportunities, • Managing and optimising paid activity to drive traffic and revenue, with a focus on maintaining efficient spend and strong ROAS, • Working closely with operations to manage stock levels, support forecasting, and minimise stockouts, • Collaborating with marketing, content, and design to deliver cohesive digital campaigns and improve the customer experience, • Monitoring customer feedback, reviews, and queries across platforms, using insights to inform improvements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction What They’re Looking For Must have: • 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, with hands-on exposure to Amazon and DTC channels, • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including SEO and PPC, • Experience managing or supporting e-commerce websites, with a focus on conversion and user experience, • Proven experience contributing to online revenue growth, • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of trading activity and performance drivers, • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to inform decisions Nice to have: • Experience within FMCG, food & drink, or a growing consumer brand, • Exposure to subscription models or repeat purchase strategies, • Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing, • A natural interest in health, wellness or purpose-led brands The Opportunity This is a high-impact role within a growing business where e-commerce is a key focus.
