We’re looking for a self-starting, customer-obsessed VP of Product to own the product vision and lead HireGlobal’s end-to-end product strategy. This leader will shape the roadmap, scale the Product team, and partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Sales, and the General Manager to deliver a platform that is efficient, compliant, automated, and delightful for clients and workers worldwide. You will set the direction, drive alignment across teams, and guide the development of both our external product and internal operational tech stack. This is a remote position. Product Leadership & Strategy • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HireGlobal across global payments, onboarding, billing, and worker experiences., • Translate company goals into product objectives that drive growth, automation, and world-class user experience., • Build the product foundation needed to scale: operating rhythms, frameworks, prioritization systems, and strong cross-functional alignment. Execution, Roadmap Management & Delivery • Lead prioritization across teams, ensuring high-impact initiatives are clearly scoped and aligned with business goals., • Track progress, remove obstacles, assess risks, and proactively communicate trade-offs and mitigation plans., • Work closely with the engineering team to increase product velocity, stability, and technical quality., • Establish a repeatable, data-driven product delivery model that supports rapid iteration and continuous improvement. Team Building & People Leadership • Enable the team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to do the best work of their careers., • Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, high standards, and customer-centric thinking., • Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans, if needed., • Establish objectives and initiatives for the team, recommend the team’s structure and jobs, and organize, assign, delegate, oversee, and monitor work. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner deeply with Operations, Compliance/Legal, Finance, Support, Sales, and Engineering to ensure product decisions reflect stakeholder input and regulatory requirements., • Establish credibility and trusted relationships across teams, balancing business needs with technical and compliance constraints., • Communicate strategy, decisions, and context clearly across the company. Hands-On Product Work (expected even at the VP-level) • Roll up your sleeves to write or refine user stories, problem statements, acceptance criteria, or PRDs., • Break down ambiguous, complex product areas into clear, actionable plans., • Apply system-analyst techniques to uncover functional requirements and workflow optimizations. Qualifications and Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred., • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B platforms, • 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing cross-functional product groups, • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex B2B SaaS products — ideally in fintech, payments, HR tech, or payroll., • Experience working with third-party system integrations (payment processors, KYC vendors, banking APIs, etc.)., • Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data, as well as conducting research with internal and external users., • Deep experience using data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions., • Ability to collaborate with Design to review wireframes, simplify flows, and create intuitive user experiences., • Extremely high bar for clarity, quality, and detail in product specs., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts., • Be humble, willing to learn, and do whatever is needed to help us accomplish our goals., • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills., • You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Toptal. The Security Analyst is an integral part of the Gen II Technology team. The Security Analyst is responsible for the administration and maintenance of IT security systems. Job responsibilities will also include auditing and reporting of systems and applications. What you’ll be doing • Actively monitor and support internal and external infrastructure systems (Incident & Problem Management), liaising with colleagues as needed, • Manage SIEM solution, creation of dashboards and alerts. Review security events and escalate to ISO and Infrastructure team as needed., • Manage Security Awareness solution and phishing exercises, train users on best practices and provide remediation training for users who fail phishing tests., • Review Vulnerability Management Tool findings and work with IT support to remediate issues, • Support the Information Security Officer in developing an IT security assurance program, • Develop general and detailed documentation describing security controls, system specifications, and operating instructions, • Help staff with use of the security system software, providing training where necessary Qualifications and Skills • A strong understanding of security & networking technologies, • Previous experience managing a SIEM solution, • Incident Management experience, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to cope and work under pressure, • A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities, • Familiar with key security models and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual’s preferences and circumstances.
