MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Finance Consultant We are looking for a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with knowledge in all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects with a hands-on approach and proven experience in end to end implementations, along with interfacing and integration of Dynamics products. Consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants while also working with both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused around Dynamics F&O and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development while mentoring more junior staff. This role is therefore key to KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions’ customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. Responsibilities: • Leading the Finance stream of D365 F&O implementations, • Experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365F&O) or AX2012 with a minimum of 3 end to end implementations, • Experience with (D365F&O) interfacing and Integration, • Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills, • Knowledge in gathering technical requirement, • Knowledge of LCS and DevOps/VSTS is beneficial, • Experience responding to RFPs and RFQs is a must, • Experience in mentoring more junior consultants is a must Requirements: Qualifications and Skills • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation experience including the following modules and areas, • General Ledger, • Accounts Receivable, • Accounts payable, • Cash and Bank Management, • Budgeting, • Project Management and Accounting, • Fixed Assets, • Management Reporter, • Financial Consolidation and elimination experience, • Experience with electronic banking file needs, • Advanced knowledge in Financial workflow or journal approval, • Outstanding understanding of Accounting processes, principles, functionality & systems, • Microsoft Dynamics Finance certification preferable, • Solid Finance background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified or qualified is desirable but not essential), • Exudes confidence, • Works independently as well as in a team environment, • Acts with professional demeanour, • Manages time and multiple tasks accordingly, • Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure, • Solves complex problems with creative solutions, • Places emphasis on client satisfaction, • Desires to constantly assess and incorporate new technologies and software into their skillset, • Promotes the Values of our company, • Leads people and helps to grow them in their role

About the Role Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major IT migration initiative, moving the Field Service Management (FSM) platform into IFS Cloud. This position will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering the migration, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption across the business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, plans, and budgets for the move to IFS Cloud., • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners., • Oversee data migration, integrations, and comprehensive testing across FSM, IFS Cloud, and connected systems (including workflows, business reporter outputs, and links with accounts receivable/payable)., • Ensure all processes, reporting, and system connections work effectively in the new environment., • Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure they are executed effectively., • Provide clear and timely updates to leadership teams and relevant stakeholders., • Maintain adherence to security policies, data protection requirements, and organisational standards., • Ensure deliverables meet expected quality and align with stakeholder requirements., • Conduct post-project reviews and support ongoing improvement initiatives. Skills, Experience & Knowledge: • Strong experience delivering large-scale IT migrations or transformation projects., • Good understanding of Field Service Management platforms and IFS Cloud., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities., • Confident managing budgets, timelines, resources, and multiple workstreams., • Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)., • Strong capabilities in risk management and problem-solving in complex environments. Preferred Experience: • Background working with automotive or insurance-related systems., • Experience leading vendor relationships and supporting contract negotiations., • Understanding of cloud architecture, integrations, and best-practice implementation approaches.
