The expectations of the role are as follows: Collecting & loading - Getting to the depot/ warehouse in the morning and collecting as well as sorting your parcels. Full support will be given Delivery - Leaving the warehouse and starting your route via an app. You will be in charge of your route as you can plan your day around it. Customer service - Engaging with customers as you will be delivering their parcels. Making sure that you are polite and professional at all times. Returns - On your route you’ll have a number of returns to collect on your route. Again, full support will be given.
