You'll help learners overcome barriers, build confidence, and develop the essential literacy and numeracy skills that underpin successful careers.Whether you're an experienced English and Maths lecturer, a Functional Skills specialist, or a professional looking to move into teaching, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You'll work closely with apprentices, employers, and curriculum teams, delivering flexible, engaging teaching that supports learners alongside their vocational studies.We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in Further Education (FE), apprenticeships, or work-based learning. However, if you have strong English and Maths knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping learners succeed, we'd love to hear from you.This role supports apprentices and work-based learners across the South Wiltshire area, delivering Functional Skills English and Maths through a flexible and employer-responsive approach. Teaching may take place at employer premises, on college campuses, or online, and may involve working with learners on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Regular travel within the region is therefore an essential requirement of the role.What We Offer??
