The opportunity • Present engaging videos covering property sales, lettings, management and practical property advice., • Help create content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube., • Bring fresh ideas, strong delivery and personality to our social media., • Film at agreed London locations, with scheduling arranged flexibly. What we’re looking for • Confidence on camera and clear, engaging communication., • A professional approach, reliable attendance and good preparation., • An understanding of what makes social media content stand out., • Initiative, creativity and an interest in property. Presenting or content creation experience is welcome, but a strong application can demonstrate potential just as effectively. Hours, pay and progression Initially 16 hours per month, usually arranged as four 4-hour sessions, with timings agreed in advance. This is a paid role with commission on top of your base pay. This is the job that holds a shift together. You'll be on the floor and behind the bar, making sure service flows, guests are looked after, and the team has what it needs to do their best work. You're the link between the team and senior leaders: the person who spots the problem before it becomes one, and the one people come to when something needs sorting. We're after someone who is open, honest, straight-talking, and genuinely good with people.
