Responsibilities • Deliver engaging ESOL sessions in line with curriculum requirements, • Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and learner-centred teaching materials, • Support development of speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, • Mark learner work, track progress and provide constructive feedback, • Adapt delivery to meet the diverse needs of adult ESOL learners, • Support learners with assessments, progression and confidence-building Requirements • UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DTLLS/PGDE, CELTA, DELTA or equivalent), • Degree or relevant ESOL/English-language related qualification, • Experience teaching ESOL to adult learners (Entry Level to Level 2), • Strong understanding of ESOL curriculum, assessment and learner support All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
