Our focus extends to those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). \n\n We are seeking passionate SEN / SEND tutors who are eager to make a real difference in the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in Cheshire. If you’re ready to inspire and uplift, we want to hear from you! \n\n As part of our team, you will be supported by a dedicated group of SEN / SEND Support Specialists, ensuring that you have the resources and guidance needed to succeed in every placement. \n\nWhat We Offer Our SEN / SEND Tutors:\n\n • \nFlexible Hours: Choose part-time or full-time hours that fit your schedule.\n, • \nRemote Opportunities: Enjoy occasional remote teaching assignments from the comfort of your home.\n, • \nProfessional Development: Access extensive CPD and upskilling opportunities, including the full Tes CPD suite.\n, • \nSupportive Community: Join our tutor community to share best practices, resources, and tips with fellow educators.\n, • \nChild-Centered Focus: Be part of a company committed to transforming support for vulnerable young people.\n\n\nYour Role as an SEN / SEND Tutor:\n\n, • Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.\n, • Support students referred by local authorities and schools, guiding them through their educational and social-emotional journeys.\n, • Utilize flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed approaches to tutoring and mentoring.\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n, • Plan and deliver tailored sessions that meet the unique needs of each student.\n, • Create engaging and holistic learning experiences that foster educational and emotional growth.\n, • Document progress through lesson reports and provide constructive feedback.\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n, • Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).\n, • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.\n, • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.\n, • Knowledge of safeguarding processes.\n, • Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this).\n, • Two professional references.\n, • This role involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments as they arise.\n, • You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.\n, • No guaranteed work or expense coverage is provided.\n, • Our insurance covers the work you do for us.\n, • SENCo (Special Education Needs Coordinator)\n, • SLD / MLD Teacher\n, • Autism / ADHD Support Teacher\n, • Intervention Specialist\n, • Learning Support Assistant (LSA)\n, • Educational Therapist\n, • Speech and Language Therapist\n, • Educational Psychologist\n
