Key Responsibilities Contract Review and Management Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Support the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and clause libraries. Conduct legal due diligence for contract renewals, novations, and amendments. Maintain accurate records of contractual commitments, renewals, and termination dates. Property and Lease Oversight Review and manage property leases, licences to assign, and lease renewals.
