Our Ideal Person: • CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent experience) with a strong foundation in HR best practices, employee relations, and people management strategies., • Comprehensive generalist HR expertise including hands-on experience in performance management, absence management, policy development and supporting/delivering HR projects., • Proficient in HR Systems & intermediate Microsoft Office skills for managing reports, data and presentations effectively., • Current knowledge of UK Employment Law and the ability to apply legislation practically and compliantly to support managers and employees., • Excellent communication & presentation skills for delivering complex messages clearly to senior stakeholders, coaching line managers and leading presentations., • Strong relationship builder and confident working independently to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive HR solutions forward., • Experience Across Blue-Collar and White-Collar Environments with an understanding of the unique challenges and needs.
