Job Description Our HR team are looking to hire a strong Administrator who is passionate about people and eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a HR Apprentice on an 18-month fixed term contract. This new position will be working at one of our Sika sites (in Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City or Redditch), Monday to Friday, four days on site, and one day working from home. As part of the Apprenticeship you will attain a Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD Qualification funded by Sika. Working alongside other HR Apprentices and HR Coordinators as part of an effective HR Shared Service - referred to as the HR Hub Team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, develop essential HR skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
