Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times, recording due diligence and deliveries as required. Follow opening and closing checklists and procedures. Maintain café machinery by following usage and cleaning instructions. Requirements Some specialty coffee experience required, full beginner and intermediate training can be provided at the Assembly Coffee roastery. Some food prep experience and knowledge of best practice. A will to learn and take ownership of the Uncommon café experience.
