Personal Assistant \n Location: Chichester \n Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus Benefits (DOE) \n About the Role \n Our client, a well-established and highly respected Financial Services practice, is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior advisers and the wider team. \n This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit an organised professional who thrives on managing multiple priorities, has exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable working within a client-focused environment. Previous experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or a similar regulated environment would be highly advantageous. \n A key aspect of the role will involve attending client meetings, producing detailed and accurate post-meeting summaries, and ensuring all follow-up actions are documented and completed efficiently. \n Key Responsibilities \n Executive & Administrative Support \n\n • Provide day-to-day support to senior advisers and directors.\n, • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.\n, • Organise client meetings, including preparation of documentation and meeting packs.\n, • Handle correspondence, telephone enquiries, and client communications professionally and confidentially.\n, • Coordinate travel arrangements and other administrative requirements.\n\n Meeting Support & Documentation \n\n • Attend client meetings where required.\n, • Produce clear, concise, and professional post-meeting summaries and client notes.\n, • Record actions, recommendations, and follow-up requirements accurately.\n, • Ensure meeting records comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.\n, • Track outstanding actions and ensure timely completion.\n\n Client Relationship Management \n\n • Act as a key point of contact for clients.\n, • Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain strong professional relationships.\n, • Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing servicing requirements.\n, • Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain information and progress client cases.\n\n General Office Support \n\n • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.\n, • Support compliance and administration processes.\n, • Assist with project work and business initiatives as required.\n, • Contribute to the smooth running of the practice and wider team.\n\n Systems & Tools \n\n • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\n, • CRM systems\n, • Salesforce experience would be preferred\n\n About You \n We're looking for an individual who is: \n\n • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.\n, • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication abilities.\n, • Experienced in producing accurate meeting notes, summaries, and professional documentation.\n, • Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information.\n, • Able to work independently whilst supporting a busy team.\n, • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and administration skills.\n, • Proactive, professional, and client-focused.\n\n Desirable Experience \n\n • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.\n, • Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Banking, or a regulated professional services environment.\n, • Understanding of Financial Services terminology and processes.\n, • Experience producing client meeting summaries, suitability reports, or technical documentation.\n\n If you're looking to join a professional and growing Financial Services practice where you can play a key role supporting advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience, we'd love to hear from you.
