We are looking for a friendly and skilled Diamond Jewellery Salesperson to join our team. Job Description: As a Diamond Jewellery Salesperson, you will welcome customers, understand what they are looking for, and help them choose the perfect jewellery piece. You will need to have good knowledge of diamonds and be comfortable talking to clients in a professional and friendly way. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers, making them feel comfortable and valued Share knowledge about diamonds, jewellery pieces, and help customers make choices Keep up-to-date on our jewellery collection and latest trends Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging them to return Handle payments and ensure clients are happy with their purchase Contribute to our store social media presence Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented Weekend availability Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in luxury or high-end jewellery, particularly in diamonds. Working in Hatton Garden before is a plus. We’re CAOTIC JEWELRY. A jewelry brand based in East London founded in 2019. We are experts ear stackers and more. We offer high quality jewellery pieces for everyone, using the best quality materials at a highly competitive price point for the market we operate in. Our jewellery is available worldwide online and in our pop-up locations. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to run one of our stall for a few weekends a month (see shifts timetable below). • The job consists of - Setting up & close our market stall. Displaying the jewellery items following company standards. Taking card payments via Sumup. Wear CAOTIC's jewellery during your work hours. Advise and assist the customers (customer interaction and communication are crucial and key as it is what makes the job fun). Clear away and pack up at the end of the day (only Sundays) before returning the stall to storage. • You’ll have an engaging personality, be organised, with a positive sales attitude and want to help our regular and non-regular customers at all the time, a confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers. You'll need to be - Comfortable lifting, carrying and bending in order to setup the stall. YOU MUST be reliable and good with timekeeping (this is 100% crucial). • In addition, a total of 18h training will be given prior the expected introduction date. - Saturday: 9.00am - 6pm - Sunday: 9.00am - 6pm About our Market Stall location, this vacancy would take place at our Backyard Market stall - which is a great place to work. Summary of position & key attributes Clays floor teams are collaborative, consisting of a group of highly skilled individuals who are heavily cross trained. Here at Clays, we offer a unique experience and therefore, have a unique role and requirements, this is where our Shoot Captains come in. Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the Clays experience to life for our guests. We are looking for exuberant individuals with big personalities who always bring fun and positive energy to our atmosphere. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the guests entire journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting and serving experience will help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them with placing food and drink orders. Moreover, you will ensure that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service, covering every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and learn how to manage the entire bookings journey and you will actively engage in serving duties, coordinating with the bar and kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to all tables in your designated section. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that service is efficiently provided to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front-of-house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints, tips and recommendations, driving people's competitive spirit and helping them engage with the game. As a Shoot Captain, you should be able to develop a rapport with the guests throughout their entire experience. You will ensure guests leave with a smile, remembering your name, and eagerly anticipating their next visit.
