We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards that define our restaurant’s reputation. Key Responsibilities: • Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring quality and consistency., • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refine menu items, demonstrating creativity and innovation., • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards., • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the culinary team., • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients., • Contribute to menu development and bring ideas for continuous improvement. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel., • Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines., • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This new Mediterranean concept is built around innovation, refined techniques, and seasonally driven menus that change weekly. With its elegant design and premium yet relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant delivers a unique dining experience — and is already in high demand, fully booked up to six months in advance with a 120-seat capacity.     In March 2026, chefs Eduardo Yishima and Jackson Boxer joined forces to relaunch one of London’s original Mexican restaurants. Formerly known as Taqueria, the restaurant has been reimagined as TAQ. Originally opened on Westbourne Grove over 20 years ago, Taqueria was a pioneer of London’s early Mexican dining scene. While it has remained a much-loved neighbourhood spot, London’s taco culture has evolved dramatically in recent years. TAQ represents the next chapter. Our concept is simple: fresh, hot tortillas topped with high-quality grilled meats and vibrant salsas, served alongside cold beers and great-value margaritas. Eduardo’s menu celebrates Mexican classics, tacos, tostadas and quesadillas alongside inventive dishes that bring a fresh and modern perspective. Our Team We are a small, close-knit team that takes pride in being professional while making sure we enjoy what we do. The Role We are looking for a Sous chef to strengthen our kitchen team, helping with all operational needs to make us and the team better and stronger, every day. This role is service focused position, supporting the junior team and in service. The position requires Friday or Saturday as well as Sunday availability. The role is a full time 48hours.
