We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards that define our restaurant’s reputation. Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Secret Slider Club. Based in our flagship restaurant (Leicester Square) this role is pivotal in delivering our unique concept and enabling opportunities for future growth. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure seamless operation of the Chef’s Table dining experience. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet our high standards. Develop innovative menus that showcase quality ingredients and experimental techniques. Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
