🗓️ 📨 Executive Assistant to C-Suite & Senior Leadership 💼🏢 Salary: £60,000 + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits package (including private health insurance, life assurance, etc.) Hours: 08:00hrs – 17:00hrs Start: ASAP (happy to wait for notice) Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | On-site (5 days) Location: Fulham, South West London 🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to support one C-suite leader and one senior leader within a large, established and highly respected organisation in the property and development sector. 🎯 This is a high-profile, high-trust role in a traditional, high-standard head office environment where judgement, discretion and execution matter. You’ll operate at the centre of senior leadership, enabling fast, informed decision-making and keeping the business moving at pace. 🧠 You’ll work with two senior leaders with distinct, complementary styles: • One is fast-moving, demanding and decisive, and values initiative, confidence and pace., • The other is collaborative, measured and widely trusted, with teams who depend on his leadership. Both are influential, well-regarded, and central to the organisation’s direction. ⚡ The pace is busy and commercial. Around once a quarter, there may be very early starts for senior or board-level meetings (with a private taxi provided). Occasionally, days may run longer when required, so flexibility is essential. Day to day, the role follows a full-time office rhythm in a professional, high-expectation environment. 📬 You’ll bring control, clarity and momentum: Owning complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating C-suite and senior leadership meetings, preparing high-quality packs, and ensuring nothing critical is missed. This is a true business-critical EA role for someone who operates with precision, confidence and authority at a senior level. 🤓 What you’ll be responsible for: • Running complex, fast-moving diaries for C-suite and senior leaders, • Owning high-volume inbox management, drafting responses and driving actions forward, • Orchestrating C-suite, board and senior leadership meetings end-to-end, • Producing polished agendas, packs, presentations, reports and briefing documents, • Ensuring leaders are fully prepared for key meetings and decisions, • Organising UK and international travel with detailed itineraries, • Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, • Supporting the planning and delivery of senior events and leadership meetings, • Line managing the Office Manager/Reception function and setting front-of-house standards, • Overseeing office and facilities operations to keep the workplace running smoothly, • Arranging reception cover and supporting meeting logistics when required, • Acting as a central coordination hub between leadership, teams and external partners 😍 This role will suit someone who: • Has strong experience supporting C-suite and/or senior leadership, • Is confident, visible and engaged - not a wallflower, • Has gumption: proactive, resilient, comfortable operating at pace and speaking up when needed, • Is super polished and professional in a head-office environment, • Thrives in demanding, high-expectation environments, • Is flexible and understands that occasional early starts or longer days come with senior roles, • Is highly organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure, • Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, • Is discreet and trusted with sensitive information, • Is strong with documents, packs and presentations, • Has excellent Microsoft Office skills, • Takes pride in being a reliable, high-performing, senior EA 🔥 If you’re the kind of EA who wants to operate at C-suite and senior leadership level, be genuinely trusted, and play a central role in how the business runs, this is a brilliant opportunity.
