Key Responsibilitiesof a Teaching Assistant: * Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across Years 4 to 6. * Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized support for pupils with diverse learning needs. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. * Monitor and report on pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. * Contribute to the school's extracurricular programs and initiatives that promote student well-being and development.
