The Role: We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop our quality function. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements, while driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Quality department, ensuring effective performance and development of the team, • Maintain and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer-specific requirements, • Oversee internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits, • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvements, • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and process capability, • Manage supplier quality performance and support supplier development activities, • Promote a culture of right-first-time, continuous improvement, and operational excellence About You • Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment, • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO standards, • Experience within electromechanical, electronics, or precision manufacturing environments would be advantageous, • Demonstrable experience of leading audits and managing customer relationships, • Skilled in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, PFMEA, and root cause analysis, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Quality professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and success of a market-leading manufacturing organisation.
