The Role As Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for owning, leading and delivering the Business Transformation roadmap that drives the business forward on its journey to becoming a global business. You will be accountable for designing prioritizing and driving transformation initiatives, operating disciplines, systems improvements and capability-building programmes that enable the Operations and Commercial functions to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term Value Creation Plan (VCP). This role is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days on site. You will have two direct reports who will focus on systems management and someone to coordinate meetings and own the roadmap. Deliverables · Own and Deliver the 3-Year COGS Savings Programme across ingredients, packaging, 3PM, warehousing, logistics and commercial · Build and Run the Improvement Engine Across Operating Processes · Strengthen the Business Cogs that connect Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Innovation, Science & external parties as one team around one plan - and connects activity to the Annual Operating Plan · Develop Data, Tools & Systems that Improve Visibility & Decision · Build CI (Continuous Improvement) Capability Across the Organisation Candidate Requirements · Several years experience in Business Improvement, Operations Excellence, Commercial Operations, Transformation or Continuous Improvement leadership roles · High growth / PE backed background, and CPG / FMCG / Retail experience essential · Proven track record of delivering multi year cost out programmes of 3%+ YoY · Strong experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), OKR's (Objectives & Key Results) or similar Operating & Objectives systems · Strong experience with Lean, AGILE, SixSigma or similar delivery methodologies · Deep root cause, process improvement and structured problem solving capability · Strong dashboard, KPI and data discipline; comfortable building Scorecards that change behaviour · Highly commercial - able to translate operational change into validated financial outcomes · Confident facilitator across senior commercial and operational leaders; influences without authority · Practical, pacy, comfortable building structure in ambiguity without creating bureaucracy · Resilient, low office ego, hands on; builds capability into organisation rather than building a project · Passion to simplify processes, and improve capability among peers So if you would like to join a friendly and supportive team that values autonomy and always has each other's backs get in touch.     Job Title Trainer Reports To Area Support Manager and HR Manager Job Purpose The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to new and existing care staff, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide safe, person-centered care. The role includes delivering induction and refresher training, assessing competency, maintaining training resources and supporting staff development in line with company policies, legislation and best practice. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery • Deliver engaging and effective induction training for new Care Workers., • Deliver mandatory refresher and update training to existing staff., • Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of experience., • Promote a positive learning environment that encourages participation and professional development., • Ensure all training is delivered in accordance with current legislation, CQC standards and company policies. Competency Assessment • Assess learner understanding throughout training sessions., • Mark and provide constructive feedback on induction workbooks and training assessments., • Complete practical competency assessments where required., • Undertake field-based observations and competency assessments to ensure staff can safely apply their learning within the workplace., • Identify any additional training or support needs and communicate these to the appropriate manager. Training Resources • Prepare, maintain and update training materials, presentations and learner resources., • Ensure training equipment and resources are organized, safe and fit for purpose., • Keep training content up to date with changes in legislation, best practice and organizational procedures. Compliance and Administration • Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation., • Ensure attendance registers, competency records and assessment paperwork are completed accurately and submitted promptly., • Support the organization in maintaining compliance with regulatory and contractual training requirements., • Participate in audits and quality assurance processes relating to training.
