Global Sourcing Manager (Electronics) Location: Swansea (Hybrid - 2 days per month in office) Salary: Up to c.£78k base + 10% Bonus Full time: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Strong potential to become permanent) Target Start Date: July 15th, 2026 We are looking for a Global Sourcing Manager to take charge of buying electronics for a growing, innovation led company. In this senior role, you will manage a £50 million budget, which represents about two-thirds of the company's total spending. You will have the unique opportunity to modernise the department and reshape how the business handles its global purchasing. This is a vital position that requires an independent self-starter who stays calm under time and cost pressure while managing supplier relationships across the world. Skills we are looking for: Essential • 7-10 years of experience in an independent buying/sourcing role, specifically focused on Bill of Materials and electronic/technical components., • A proven track record of delivering cost savings and managing complex negotiations in regulated or quality-controlled manufacturing environments., • Hands-on experience managing supplier allocations, component shortages, and volatile pricing environments., • An established network within the electronics component buying market in China or Southeast Asia., • Background in consumer electronics (e.g., Dyson, Philips, Miele), automotive, or medical devices., • An engineering degree or a strong technical affinity for electronics and optics, potentially paired with a commercial qualification/MBA. *This role is initially a 6-month contract to allow the business flexibility while the final scope is refined, but it is being recruited with a long-term vision. Site Supervisor / Site Manager Swansea, Pontarddulais area Start date Monday 13th April 2026 20 week project £280 per shift Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Bee Construction, trading as Site Managers, is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager for a project in the Swansea area. This role is based on an industrial site and will involve overseeing sprinkler contractors through a phased programme of works. The job will begin with the strip out of existing sprinkler systems, followed by a short break while sections of racking are dismantled, before moving into the main phase of sprinkler installation works within the racking system. The overall programme is expected to run for around 20 weeks, with the main section of the project continuing for approximately 14 weeks following the initial strip out phase. This role would suit someone who has worked on live warehouse, logistics, industrial, sprinkler, racking, or M&E related projects and is comfortable dealing with day to day site supervision, contractor coordination, and basic site reporting.
