Enterprise Account Executive EMEA AI & Agent Engineering & Observability Platform Location: United Kingdom (Remote-first) Territory: EMEA Employment Type: Full-time Overview You will join the founding team in EMEA to drive new ARR into a variety of accounts. The role will require an entrepreneurial mindset and will join a small cross functional team (6 currently) in the EMEA region. The company is heavily VC backed from Tier SF VC's and in growth mode for 2026. This is a unique opportunity to get in early and maximise the greenfield opportunity for this company across the Enterprise accounts. Our client which is high-growth AI, Data & Observability software company is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition across EMEA. This role is suited to a commercially strong, consultative seller with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in technical buying environments. You’ll own strategic enterprise accounts, build pipeline through proactive outbound activity, and partner closely with technical teams to land and expand large-scale customers across the region. Key Responsibilities • Own new logo acquisition across enterprise customers in EMEA, • Build and execute territory and account plans aligned to regional GTM strategy, • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through to close, • Engage senior stakeholders across engineering, data, product, and executive teams, • Run structured discovery and qualification using recognised sales methodologies, • Partner with solutions engineers to support evaluations, pilots, and technical validation, • Develop compelling value-based business cases and ROI narratives, • Navigate complex procurement, security, and legal processes across EMEA markets, • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline Ideal Profile • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within AI, data, developer tools, or analytics platforms, • Proven success closing complex, multi-six-figure enterprise deals, • Strong hunter mindset with consistent new-business performance, • Comfortable selling to technical and commercial stakeholders, • Experience managing EMEA territories with regional nuance and cultural awareness, • Consultative, structured sales approach with strong communication skills, • Self-directed and effective in a remote-first working environment What’s On Offer • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission, • Meaningful ownership of the EMEA enterprise territory, • Opportunity to sell a differentiated AI platform into sophisticated buyers, • Strong technical support and collaborative internal culture, • Remote-first UK role with flexibility and autonomy, • Clear progression path as the company scales internationally
