Proactively check and ensure compliance with the LOTO system. Monitor and control building environmental conditions using the BMS to maintain acceptable internal conditions. Qualifications & Experience: Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (e.g., C&G, NVQ, BTEC). Experience in building services, HVAC, mechanical or electrical maintenance. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across M&E systems.
