About The RoleThis is a senior leadership role where you'll take ownership of engineering operations across the site, including maintenance, site services, and capital projects. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting business growth, improving reliability and efficiency, and ensuring our facilities and equipment perform at their very best. Reporting directly to the Site Director, you'll lead a team including the Maintenance Manager, Site Services Manager, and Project Engineer, while collaborating closely with the wider leadership team to deliver Manufacturing Excellence. The Role You’ll help turn data into insight, and insight into action. Your day could include: - Preparing reports and analysing package performance. - Monitoring booking trends and guest demand. - Supporting the set-up and performance tracking of offers. - Monitoring partner and booking-channel activity. - Identifying emerging trends and revenue opportunities. - Helping teams understand where the biggest commercial opportunities lie. - Working with Reservations, Enquiries, Voucher Sales, Reception, Marketing and operational teams. - Supporting the Revenue Manager with day-to-day commercial analysis and coordination.
