Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Bracknell, Office Based Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent, Full time Working Hours: Mon to Thu: 08:30 - 17:00 Fri: 08:30 - 16:30 The Logistics Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting business logistics. You'll be involved in coordinating equipment and supporting our engineers and calibration labs, as well as handling shipments to ensure everything arrives on time and in the right condition. The role has similarities to warehouse operations, giving you hands-on exposure to how equipment and resources are managed behind the scenes. You will also assist with coordinating equipment for site-based engineers and support calibration labs, helping to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently. The role requires someone who can think on their feet, respond to challenges quickly, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. It's a varied and engaging position, ideal for anyone looking to gain broad experience in logistics and operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Support operational policies, processes, and project coordination to ensure smooth workflows. Assist with process improvement and adopt new tools or software. Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer requirements and deliver accurately. Collect and act on stakeholder feedback. Handling shipments, inventory, and supplier relationships. Maintain records, databases, and project documentation. Assist with scheduling correspondence, and shipping/customs paperwork. Resolve logistics issues, including delivery discrepancies or damaged goods. Support financial reporting, forecasts and budget monitoring. Analyse Data and prepare reports for management. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ISO standards, and transport regulations. About you: To be considered for the Logistics Coordinator role: Previous experience in administration or logistics is a plus, but not essential. Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a busy environment. Confident and professional when communicating over the phone. * Friendly and customer-focused with an interest in providing excellent service.
