We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator with a strong construction background to join a specialist commercial interior contractor delivering high quality fit out and refurbishment projects. You’ll be supporting projects across the commercial sector, including offices, education and healthcare working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment where quality and collaboration are key. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in project delivery while working closely with the Office Manager and site teams, with clear scope for growth. The Role: As Project Administrator, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across procurement, compliance and site operations ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of maintaining accurate project records using Procore and 1Breadcrumb. Key Responsibilities: • Support tendering and procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders, tracking quotations and verifying delivery dockets, • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate financial records, • Coordinate site documentation, reporting and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, deliveries and issue resolution, • Source and obtain competitive quotes for materials and services, • Assist with resolving delivery, invoice and order discrepancies, • Manage and maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings) within Procore, • Oversee subcontractor onboarding, inductions and compliance using 1Breadcrumb, • Track variations, change orders and maintain financial logs, • Support the preparation of H&S files and O&M manuals, • Provide general administrative and commercial support to project and site teams, • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure all correspondence is accurately filed Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in construction administration, • Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential), • Experience using 1Breadcrumb or similar H&S compliance platforms, • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, • High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and cost tracking, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, • Proactive, team oriented, and solution focused approach, • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Ability to interpret quotations and reconcile against purchase orders and deliveries Why Work with Us? • Join a growing commercial construction company with a strong reputation in London, • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, • Stable full-time, permanent role with structured hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), • Opportunity to expand your role over time and contribute to exciting projects
