Magnus & Wolf are delighted to be working with a fantastic Tech company to recruit for the role of Sales Development Representative, helping them create high-quality pipeline and fuel their growth. • SDR, • £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission, • Newcastle based, • Hybrid - 2 days in office The Role • Outbound Sales role - calling, emailing, socials, events., • Conduct thorough research to identify target organisations, key decision-makers and ideal customer profile prospects., • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria to ensure strong fit., • Consistently hit activity and outcome targets, • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM, • Track and report on key SDR metrics such as conversion rates, response rates and pipeline, • Share market intelligence and prospect feedback to help refine sales messaging, • Previous experience in a Tech sales role, • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to engage senior stakeholders credibly., • Strong active listener with high emotional intelligence, • Able to uncover pains and motivations quickly., • Resilient and persistent, comfortable handling rejection while maintaining positive attitude, • Organised and disciplined, with strong time management, • Tech-savvy, comfortable using modern sales tools and CRMs, • Able to grasp and clearly articulate complex technical solutions, • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
