OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE The ideal candidate will be a new Sales Executive or Manager with 3-5 years experience in advertising and digital media space to develop new businesses with video game publishers and brands. It is a green-field opportunity for someone who has strong connections in the video games industry. To be successful, you must have a good understanding of advertising in social media platforms such as Youtube, Tiktok and Facebook. SCOPE OF JOB • Drive the sales of advertising media on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other relevant channels within the gaming, and e-commerce industries., • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, develop tailored marketing plans based on customer requirements and consumer trends, and negotiate and secure partnerships with merchants., • Monitor market dynamics closely and proactively adjust sales strategies to ensure the attainment of sales targets and marketing objectives., • Implement refined operational management practices, establish effective management mechanisms, and drive timely resolution of operational issues. EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES • 3-5 years of sales experience in digital advertisement/marketing. Video games, Games Media platforms or international business are highly desirable., • Possess a sharp market sense and demonstrate insights into future trends., • A result-driven personality and ability to work within a team's environment, • A positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges.

You’ll support the delivery of high-performing advertising campaigns across the French and UK markets, learning both the analytical and creative sides of programmatic trading.
