RADIO ROOFTOP Job Title: Waiter / Waitress Reports to: Head Waiter / Management Team Role Summary: The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Provide consistently excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Collaborate with and support other staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations. Guide guests to their assigned tables. Accurately and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to tables. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Accurately take and process food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner. Perform opening and closing duties, including table setup, cleaning, and inventory management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSABILITIES - To greet customer and identify their reservations. - To coordinated the bookings and ensure proper table rotation. - Invite customers to wait for their table to be ready at the bar. - To be dressed in a suitable outfit and that the appearance enhances the image of the venue. - That she / he is thoroughly informed on all promotions, and changes in the sales programme. - To be totally familiar with all food and beverage items. - That he / she knows that basic service rules and help in service if she asked to. - At all times to be aware of and practice good customer relations, assisting the guest in any way. - To attend to customer complaints satisfactorily by calling the Floor Manager. - To be continually aware of, and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress. - To ensure a team spirit and a working discipline. - To do the host stand set up according to the manual. - To answer telephone calls promptly. - To ensure a careful handling of all restaurant materials. - To keep the reception areas are kept in good order. - Maximise table efficiencies through table allocation and turning tables - Opentable (or other reservations system) experiance is an advantage
