Overview\n\nWe are looking for a driven and organised Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants in delivering high-quality candidates to our clients across the industrial, logistics, and commercial sectors.\n\nThis is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and managing candidates, ensuring we consistently deliver a reliable and compliant workforce to our clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCandidate Sourcing & Attraction\n\n * Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases\n\n * Write and post engaging job adverts\n\n * Proactively headhunt candidates for key roles\n\n * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available workers\n\nCompliance & Administration\n\n * Ensure all right-to-work checks are completed in line with UK legislation\n\n * Collect and verify candidate documentation (ID, visas, licences, etc.)\n\n * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system\n\n * Support with onboarding and assignment documentation (LOAs, contracts, etc.)\n\nClient Support\n\n * Work closely with consultants to understand client requirements\n\n * Supply suitable candidates within agreed timeframes\n\n * Assist with filling bookings and short-notice requirements\n\n * Support the delivery of high service levels to clients
