What You'll Do: • Support the full resourcing and shortlisting process for interim and consultancy vacancies, • Coordinate interviews for internal and external roles with our Resourcing Administrator, • Check in with consultants on active assignments, monitoring performance and redeployment, • Take initiative on team projects beyond business as usual, • Identify and support business development opportunities using tools like LinkedIn, • Build strong relationships with Partners, Clients, and key stakeholders across the firm, • Deliver commercial targets in line with our SLAs and annual goals Who We're Looking For: • 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house); legal/professional services background a plus, • Strong end-to-end sourcing, candidate pipelining, and attraction skills, • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, • Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • High standard of administration and commercial awareness Why Choose Us?
