Salary: £34,000 per annum plus upselling commissions. Schedule: Full – Time, 40 hours, Monday to Sunday, 5 days on and 2 days off. Overseeing the general daily operations. Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure that guest service is consistently maintained up to standards. Assist in leading and training the team. Dealing with guest satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure all departments are fully briefed on their requirements. Keep Front Office Manager and Operations Manager informed of all developments and guest feedback. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation. The ideal candidate: You are passionate, motivated, and able to work in a busy environment. Have an excellent command of the English language.
