As an experienced Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on Traffic Management Schemes for a range of projects, helping them to run smoothly and efficiently to achieve maximum production in a working day, whilst maintaining a high Health and Safety standard. This role requires flexibility due to the nature of the business. You must be able to work both days and nights, including some weekends as required. Purpose of Job: Fostering Hub Programme Manager \n \n The Royal Borough of Greenwich is the lead borough for the development and delivery of a SouthEast London Fostering Hub service on behalf of multiple local authorities in South-East London. Please note that the partners are currently subject to confirmation so will be shared once local authorities confirm their express commitment to the new partnership. \n \n The five boroughs care for 20% of London’s looked after population. Foster carers provide essential, loving, and stable homes for many of these children however, the fostering system is under significant strain, with national declines in approved carers. The Government's Renewing Fostering policy has set a target to create 10,000 new foster places by April 2029 and has called for enhanced regional collaboration. \n \n South-East London is embarking on an ambitious programme to develop an end-to-end subregional foster carer recruitment pathway. Local Authorities identified above have agreed to pool their resources and, with the support of a Department for Education Grant, establish a South-East London Fostering Hub which delivers a comprehensive, resilient, relationship-driven pathway where prospective carers are approved quickly, supported deeply, and children are provided with local, stable and loving homes. \n \n The Programme Manager will be responsible to the Innovation and Improvement Lead and Head of South-East London Fostering Hub for: \n \n The Programme Manager will lead and coordinate the development and implementation of the South-East London Fostering Hub. \n \n This will include: \n \n\n • Establishing a multi-authority foster recruitment support service team and offer\n, • Establishing digital foster carer interfaces, case management systems and team performance reporting\n, • Developing a sub-regional foster carer recruitment communications campaign\n, • Developing a foster carer retention-focused training and support programme\n\n \n The PM will be responsible for developing the ways of working in partnership with senior leaders and Heads of Service across five authorities and then continue to track the impact of the hub until the end of September 2027. We’re looking for a Bid Manager to own that process across the UK and Ireland, from deciding which opportunities to chase to pressing submit. Your job is to help us win more of the right bids, and to build the process and content library that makes every bid after that faster. Own bids end to end: qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, planning, kick-off, drafting, review, compliance checks, submission and clarification questions. Bid across the whole market: NHS trusts, ICBs and primary care, national frameworks, local authority social care, central government and devolved nations’ programmes, and private and independent sector providers. Write and edit responses on clinical value, implementation, clinical safety, information governance, security, social value and pricing. Work with subject matter experts (clinicians, clinical safety officers, engineers, security and finance) to get the right input on time, and turn complex technical and regulatory detail into clear, compliant answers. Develop win themes and executive summaries that connect our evidence to what each buyer is actually scoring. Track upcoming tenders, frameworks and dynamic markets, and help Commercial leadership decide where to spend our effort. Keep the bid library current: standard answers, case studies, evidence, policies and certifications. Run post-bid reviews, collect evaluator feedback and use it to lift our win rate. Work with the delivery team to track the social value commitments we make once a contract is awarded. Improve how we bid, including the AI tools and workflows we already use to draft and review answers. Proven experience as a Bid Manager or senior Bid Writer, with a track record of winning public sector healthcare or social care contracts. Working knowledge of UK public procurement, including the Procurement Act 2023, the Provider Selection Regime, frameworks and dynamic markets. Experience beyond the NHS, such as local authorities, central government, devolved administrations, or private and independent sector buyers. Excellent writing. You can make a complex answer short, clear and compliant, and we’ll ask you to show us. Strong project management. You can run several bids at once, hold people to deadlines and stay calm the night before a noon submission. Confidence working with senior clinical, technical and commercial stakeholders, and challenging them when an answer isn’t good enough yet. Commercial judgement about which bids are worth pursuing, and the confidence to recommend a no-bid. Comfort in a fast-paced scale-up and genuine enthusiasm for using AI in your own work. Experience bidding for digital health, health tech or SaaS contracts. Familiarity with NHS digital standards such as DTAC, DSPT, DCB0129 and DCB0160. Experience with frameworks such as NHS SBS, Crown Commercial Service or regional NHS frameworks. APMP accreditation or equivalent. Experience bidding in Ireland or other European markets. About The Role Job Purpose The Acquisitions Manager will build and own BrewDog's physical asset sourcing pipeline across the UK, identifying high-quality locations that can materially strengthen the profitability and long-term value of the managed retail estate. This is an externally focused role, using strong relationships with agents, landlords, developers, investors and property owners to bring BrewDog early sight of compelling on-market, pre-market and off-market opportunities. The role will support BrewDog's ambition to develop a managed estate of approximately 20-25 high-quality locations and to build towards a managed Retail estate capable of delivering £15m EBITDA within 5 years. New managed opportunities should have a credible route to a minimum of £250k site EBITDA at maturity, with this treated as an investment floor rather than the target return. The Acquisitions Manager is accountable for finding and qualifying the right physical assets. Hi I’m Abhik, Ashby’s Co-Founder and VP of Engineering. As someone who could design and build software, this position is close to my heart. I always felt I had a unique perspective because I could play with design ideas and iterate in code. My prototypes used actual logic and data. My changes cascaded throughout the app for comprehensive critique (thanks, React component system!). But, every company made me pick one — I couldn’t design and build. At Ashby, you can. • Redesigned our mobile web app by talking with customers who use it often, wireframing new flows, implementing its design system, and using it to make the wireframes a reality., • Built a set of flexible, composable components in our design system that allow other engineers to build custom autocompletes. These autocompletes can contain filters, options to create new records, etc., • Helped another engineer improve their design's information hierarchy and scannability for viewing a candidate’s assessments. We are looking for an enthusiastic clinical oncologist to join our well established, dedicated and supportive team. The successful candidate will join a team of 13 consultant oncologists supported by three specialty doctors and six clinical oncology trainees (ST3-ST7) to serve a population of 750,000. The department treats the full spectrum of malignant disease including breast, lung, lower and upper GI, haematology, gynaecology, urology, neuro-oncology, skin, and head and neck. The post will cover breast and one other tumour group. You will be primarily located at Queen’s Hospital, Romford, Essex where the Oncology department is based. To provide, to a high standard, the full range of specialist diagnosis, treatment and care to patients requiring oncology services, as outlined in the proposed program which include the following: • Clinical oncology management of breast malignancy, • Clinical oncology management of one other small tumour site., • New patient numbers approx. 170-200 per annum.
