This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who has proven success in a quota-bearing role and is ready to take full ownership of deals, from early engagement through to close. You’ll be selling complex, high-value cybersecurity solutions, working closely with technical specialists, vendors, and partners, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to customers navigating evolving security challenges. What You’ll Own As our Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of: • Managing the full sales cycle for new business opportunities, from qualification and discovery through to close., • Building and developing a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound leads, SDR-supported opportunities, and your own outbound activity., • Engaging senior stakeholders across IT, security, and leadership teams within our enterprise vertical., • Positioning BlueFort’s solutions portfolio in terms of strategic outcomes rather than as point solutions, aligned to customer risk and business priorities., • Collaborating closely with SDRs, Pre-Sales Consultants, vendors, and channel partners to progress opportunities effectively., • Accurately forecasting pipeline and revenue, consistently working towards and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets., • Maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene, ensuring opportunities, activity, and forecasts are clearly documented and up to date., • Developing long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business, expansion, and account growth. Here’s what we will be looking for in you: • Proven success in a quota-bearing B2B sales role, ideally within cybersecurity, IT services, or technology solutions., • Experience progressing from an SDR or Business Development background into closing roles., • A solid understanding of consultative sales methodologies, including the ability to uncover customer pain points, drivers, and urgency through structured discovery (e.g. the 4 Whys – why act, why now, why us, why trust)., • A strong track record of pipeline management and deal progression against measurable targets., • Confidence selling complex, consultative solutions with multiple stakeholders involved in the buying process., • Commercial acumen with the ability to articulate value, ROI, and risk reduction to customers., • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage opportunities and forecasts., • Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills, with the credibility to engage at senior levels., • A proactive, resilient mindset with the drive to take ownership of results and continuously improve performance.
