Help Build One of the North West’s Most Ambitious Technology Companies Phone Guys is growing fast, and we’re looking for commercially driven people who know how to build relationships, open doors, and win business across Lancashire and Cumbria. This is not a call-centre sales role. We are a modern business technology company delivering connectivity, communications, IT infrastructure, cloud telephony, WiFi, CCTV, networking, managed technology and digital infrastructure solutions to businesses across the UK. Recent projects include large-scale public WiFi infrastructure deployments at Cartmel Racecourse alongside cloud telephony, mobile, networking and connectivity projects throughout the North West. We’re especially interested in people who already know the local business landscape across Lancaster, Preston, Barrow, Ulverston, South Lakes or the wider North West — particularly those with strong existing relationships or a genuine “black book” of contacts. The Role This is a field-based, relationship-led role focused primarily on generating new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for: • Building and developing your own pipeline, • Networking and opening new business relationships, • Visiting clients and identifying opportunities, • Developing long-term customer relationships, • Working with our technical teams to deliver complete technology solutions Unlike many telecoms or MSP sales roles, you won’t be restricted to one product or service. You’ll be able to work across: • Cloud Telephony & VoIP, • Business Mobile, • Broadband & Leased Lines, • Enterprise WiFi, • CCTV & Security, • Networking Infrastructure, • Managed IT Services, • Multi-site Connectivity, • Event & Public WiFi Deployments Who We’re Looking For We care far more about attitude, confidence, commercial instinct and relationship-building ability than formal qualifications.
