Position Summary As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, team performance, and smooth restaurant running. Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a supervisor or assistant management role, preferably in hospitality or F&B. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Good understanding of customer service principles. - Confident in handling complaints and pressure situations. - Basic financial awareness (e.g. cash handling, P&L understanding). - Familiar with stock management and ordering systems. - Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards.
