With a turnover of over £40 million, they have big plans and are continuing to grow through acquisition and innovation. The Role: As Customer Relationship Manager, you will support with overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100 schools across the South East, nurturing and strengthening existing relationships. You'll engage with senior school stakeholders-including Heads, Governors, and Business Managers-to build long term relationships and improve client retention. Your work will be a mix of face-to-face visits, Teams meetings, and focused administrative days. This is an autonomous position, supported by a collaborative team, perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding service. Key requirements: • 1+ years in an Account Manager role, • Proven ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of clients, • Professionally dressed, strong presentation skills and confidence in tender processes, • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the Southeast, • Previous experience in the school wear sector, or clothing distribution would be an advantage The Package: • £35,000 salary, • Company car / car allowance £5K, • Laptop and mobile phone, • 25% staff discount on school wear, • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
