Job Title: Alternative Provision Teacher Work type: Full time, 5 days per week, Permanent Salary scale: Up to £40,000 per annum Location: Wigan In this role you will: • Define precise learning goals and outline how these will be delivered and measured., • Design activities that stimulate curiosity and stretch learners' abilities., • Establish ambitious yet achievable expectations for all students., • Set clear, personalised targets that build on what pupils have already achieved., • Recognise and plan for the needs of learners with AEN/SEN, those who are more able, looked-after children, and others with unique requirements., • Structure lessons effectively to maintain momentum, engagement, and challenge throughout.
