Who Youll Be Supporting We receive a high volume of referrals for bothprimary and secondary-aged pupils, many withSEMH and complex needs. Our primary referrals are often from schools seeking targeted, personalised intervention. Our secondary referrals frequently involve students who may: • Be out of school or on reduced timetables, • Have struggled in mainstream settings Availability Requirements • Minimum1015 hours per week, • Core hours between8:30am3:30pm More Than Just Teaching Professionalism and communication are central to this role. Tutors must: • Accuratelyrecord and report attendance, • Monitor and documentacademic and emotional progress, • Provide clear, professional feedback that can be shared with schools and other professionals Your Background We welcome tutors with experience in: • Primary or secondary schools (mainstream or specialist), • Alternative provision, • Private tuition, • Strong behaviour management rooted in empathy, • Experience supporting SEMH or complex needs, • Confidence working independently, • Professional written and verbal communication skills Progress doesnt always look like a neat set of data.
