About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher • Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a focused learning environment • Support pupils’ learning and engagement across a range of subjects • Communicate confidently in English to support classroom learning • Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times • Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons What We’re Looking For To be considered, candidates must have: • Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable) • Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (Elementa can assist) • Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration, or willingness to register Desirable: • Experience within English-medium or bilingual education • A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support • Interest in progressing into teacher training or a PGCE Recruitment & Safeguarding Information All applications will be managed by Elementa Support Services as the recruitment partner for this client.
