• Salary up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, • Excellent team culture and long-term progression potential, • Great opportunity to join a well-regarded commercial law firm We’re working with a respected commercial law firm with a strong presence in the North West. They’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to support their Commercial Property team in their Liverpool office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in commercial property to develop further in a collaborative and well-structured legal environment. Responsibilities include: • Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Commercial Property fee earners., • Opening files and maintaining them in line with internal risk management procedures., • Assisting fee earners with file creation, statement drafting, and liaising with clients., • Preparing client care correspondence and arranging routine client attendances., • Carrying out property searches and managing enquiries using Searchflow and other platforms., • Using the HM Land Registry portal to download documents, carry out searches, and complete online applications., • Collating title bundles and managing deed scanning and electronic storage., • Handling post-completion work including registration and Stamp Duty Land Tax formalities., • Assisting with invoices, completion statements, and accounts documentation under supervision., • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and forms, using internal precedents and external platforms., • Drafting and preparing correspondence and ensuring it is checked for accuracy before submission., • Dealing with client queries via phone and email in a professional manner. What we need from you: • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Commercial Property Legal Secretary role., • Strong organisational and time management skills., • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically., • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop., • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment., • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal., • Competent with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
