Job Title: Business Development Manager – Property Maintenance

We’re SafeContractor & CHAS approved, and work with over 30 UK-based property firms — but we’re ready to grow further. ⸻ The Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Executive with a proven track record in generating new business and building long-term client relationships within the block and estate management sector.
