Milk Education is working with a fantastic ASD-specialist primary school in Hillingdon, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. This role begins on a day-to-day, term-time basis, with genuine opportunities to progress into a long-term or permanent position. You’ll work alongside a highly experienced team including teachers, therapists, and specialist SEN staff, an ideal setting for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience. The Role Perfect for graduates aspiring to careers in teaching, psychology, education, mental health, or therapy, this role will give you practical experience supporting pupils with a range of ASD-related needs. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, follow structured learning approaches, and use visual communication tools as part of your daily practice. The work is varied, meaningful, and incredibly rewarding.
