The Design team: As a design team we are passionate about making the best bike we can; we design all our own components so they are exactly what we want and need them to be. The role: The role will require you to deliver design solutions for a diverse range of technically challenging projects to take these projects from early concepts or ideas into production. You will support the design lead in all aspects of the design process. Some projects will focus on the user experience of a particular part of the bike others on minimising weight others will focus on reducing cost and using existing parts each with their own interests and all cases the focus will be on design for manufacture.
