Key responsibilities: General: - Carry out your duties faithfully, competently and diligently; and to the best of your abilities and subject to all policies, rules and regulations issued for the guidance of employees by Brew Garden. - Obey all lawful instructions given by the Management of Brew Garden and use your best endeavours to promote the interests of Brew Garden. - Familiarise yourself with the company’s fire, health and safety; and Food Hygiene procedures, in accordance with UK Regulations. - Act as a “bridge” between management and team members to facilitate division operation (e.g. keep management team appraise of staff activities, issues, challenges, etc) - Collaborate with management to develop and carry out ideas and procedures to continuously improve department performance - Address guests concerns, requests or issues either individually or by enlisting the help of management team.
